At Himalaze™, we stand behind the quality and freshness of our stone-milled botanicals. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of package delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Unopened Pouches: Can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, undamaged packaging for a 100% full refund.
• First-Pouch Trial: If you opened a pouch and are genuinely unsatisfied with the flavor or experience, contact us within 30 days. We will issue a replacement or refund for that unit without requiring you to ship the opened pouch back.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your shipment arrived damaged or an incorrect SKU was sent, please send a photo to [email protected] or WhatsApp (+977 9805534005) within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately dispatch a free replacement or provide an immediate full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

1. Step 1: Contact Support: Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +977 9805534005 with your Order ID and reason for return.
2. Step 2: Return Authorization: Our support team will confirm your return authorization and return address within 24 hours.
3. Step 3: Processing & Credit: Once received or approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method.

4. Refund Processing Times

Once your refund is approved, the credit is immediately transmitted to Stripe / your bank. Depending on your financial institution, funds typically appear on your credit card or bank statement within 3 to 7 business days.

For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued promptly via direct bank transfer, eSewa, Khalti, or digital payout.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items, Himalaze™ covers 100% of return shipping costs. For voluntary returns of unopened pouches due to buyer preference, the customer is responsible for the standard return shipping fee.
